Passionate about customer satisfaction, Diana Igua forges strong connections with DoubleCheck’s valued clients as a client success manager. “My goal is that our clients are our highest priority,” says Diana. “Also, I ensure that we are doing everything possible to help them make the most informed business decisions.” Recognizing the synergy that comes from a well-supported team, she also manages editorial workflow and supports internal stakeholders.

Diana has lived in Australia for much of her career to date, but is now a resident of Massachusetts. Early on, she combined a talent for business and communications with customer-facing roles, including credit analyst at Vodafone, sales resource manager at Telcoblue, and client service manager at Tupicoffs. A powerful supporter of human rights, Diana later took a creative marketing role at Volunteering Queensland and then a marketing development post for Endeavour Foundation, an organization that helps those with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, Diana is passionate about ballet and feels her many years of dance contribute to who she is today.

Diana has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University La Sabana, and earned two master’s degrees in business from Foro Europeo Navarra Business School and the University of Queensland.
