As director of research at DoubleCheck, Barbara Solomon helps our clients by translating DoubleCheck’s research into tangible, actionable feedback. With over 20 years of experience in technology, product development, and marketing, Barbara comes from a rich business background. She loves the wealth and variety of companies that DoubleCheck works with and is committed to the power of honest feedback. Regarding her role at DoubleCheck, Barbara says, “It’s so intellectually stimulating,” adding how inspiring it is that in today’s connected world, we can learn so deeply from each other.
Barbara’s career, which has included posts at Harvard Business Publishing and Aspen Technology, has given her powerful knowledge of the product lifecycle. Previous roles have included establishing an industry marketing group for Acquia, where she turned research and analysis of customer engagement trends into actionable strategies. After this, Barbara became the director of product marketing for the Rescue Suite at LogMeIn. There, she led a team responsible for the development and execution of go-to-market strategy for the flagship product line.
Barbara, who was a DoubleCheck client before she became director of research, says, “I love helping people in areas where I always craved help when I was in their shoes.” Pragmatic Marketing Certified, she has been on award-winning teams and is proud to have worked for fastest-growing companies, as recognized by Deloitte and Inc.
She also has a BS in environmental science from the University of New Hampshire.
