Kathleen Reidy

VP, Client Research

As vice president of client research at DoubleCheck, Kathleen works with clients to build and manage buyer feedback programs that inform their business decisions. Whether creating data collection and research tools, capturing buyer feedback, or turning data into recommendations, Kathleen loves being able to arm DoubleCheck’s clients with actionable, real-world advice. “This work is satisfying,” says Kathleen, “because so often we’re able to help clients navigate really tricky issues.”

Kathleen brings 20 years of research, analysis, and technology experience to DoubleCheck. At 451 Research, where she worked with vendor, IT, and VC clients, she covered enterprise software markets as a senior analyst. From there, she became director of strategy at Alfresco Software, a specialist in the electronic document and content management market. In that role, she led internal research efforts, helped ensure that the executive team incorporated primary and secondary research perspectives in decision-making processes, and developed the company’s influencer relations program. Given her rich background, Kathleen knows how transformative the right data can be. Says Kathleen, “I’ve always believed in the power of doing the research.”

Kathleen holds a B.A. in history and political science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a masters in library and information science (M.L.I.S) from the University of Rhode Island.
