Vice President, Client Success
As vice president of client success, Jennifer Leary’s goal and mission are to make sure that existing DoubleCheck clients are happy, and that prospective clients know who DoubleCheck is, what it does, and the value it can provide. As a former client herself, Jen knows the benefits to and the importance of having a thoughtful approach to win/loss within an organization.
Jen brings 20 years of business experience in sales and marketing, with specific expertise in the world of high-tech startups in the Boston area. She was most recently the senior director of sales enablement at Acquia, a software-as-a-service company that provides enterprise products, services, and technical support for the open source web content management platform Drupal.
In her most recent role, Jen had the opportunity to create, manage, and deliver sales enablement and productivity initiatives for an extended global field team, including a recent rollout of the GrowthPlay/Force Management sales methodology and framework. She worked closely with senior executives, sales leadership, and operations to develop and execute strategic program offerings and learning initiatives, including win/loss analysis, contributing positively to overall sales productivity goals and metrics. Prior to Acquia, Jen had been a private consultant to startups in the area. She has also held various sales and marketing roles, including product marketing, channel marketing, and program management at eRoom Technology, Documentum, and EMC Corporation
